Grace Delerme, DNP, FNP-C, is an experienced dermatology nurse practitioner with over 15 years of patient care expertise at Cleaver Medical Group Dermatology, a practice with locations in Dawsonville, Cumming, and Toccoa, GA.
Grace combines a strong background in critical care nursing with a passion for helping patients achieve healthy, confident skin. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia Baptist College of Nursing at Mercer University. She began her career in intensive care, where she served as both a charge nurse and a rapid response nurse.
After 12 years in the ICU, Grace pursued her Family Nurse Practitioner license and joined Cleaver Medical Group, where she developed advanced skills in diagnosing and treating a wide range of dermatological conditions, from acne and eczema to skin cancer screenings and cosmetic treatments. Following a brief time overseas in Germany and Thailand to support her husband’s career, she’s now thrilled to be back home in Georgia and reunited with the Cleaver Medical Group team.
Grace is also committed to improving global healthcare access and proudly serves on the Advisory Board for Clinics IV Life, a nonprofit organization expanding maternal and newborn healthcare in underserved Southeast Asian communities.
When she’s not caring for patients, Grace enjoys traveling, cooking, baking, and spending quality time with her husband and two daughters. A dedicated fitness enthusiast, she believes in helping her patients feel and look their best—inside and out.
